With more than 30 years of experience in safety, emergency response, leadership, and training, Dewey O. Edwards has dedicated his career to protecting lives and equipping others with the knowledge and confidence to act in emergencies. 

As the founder and Lead Instructor of Kingdom Safety Training LLC, Dewey provides professional American Red Cross training in First-Aid, Adult-Child CPR, AED and Pediactrics for businesses, churches, schools, healthcare providers, childcare facilities, and community organizations throughout Kentucky.

Throughout his career, Dewey has received extensive training in confined space rescue, fire extinguisher safety, emergency preparedness, workplace safety, and Active Shooter response awareness. He also serves as a Sr. Loss Prevention Supervisor, where he has spent over 19 years leading security teams, conducting emergency preparedness drills, developing safety programs, and mentoring employees.

Teaching has always been more than a profession for Dewey-it is a calling. His mission is to ensure every student leaves the classroom feeling competent, confident, and courageous to respond when seconds matter most. He believes effective training combines technical knowledge with hands-on practice in a positive, encouraging learning environment.

Reservation & Deposit Policy

To reserve your training date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and you have received a confirmation from Kingdom Safety Training LLC.

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of training, unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

If you need to reschedule your training, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your requested date based on instructor availability.


Travel Information

Kingdom Safety Training LLC proudly provides on-site training at your business or organization.

Training locations within 75 miles of our office are included in your quoted price.

For locations more than 75 miles away, a travel fee may apply. Any applicable travel charges will be discussed and approved before your training is confirmed. We never add unexpected fees after your booking.

If overnight travel or lodging is required for multi-day training events, those costs will be discussed in advance and included in your training proposal.

Cancellation Policy

If your organization needs to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that schedules change and will work with you to find a new training date whenever possible.

Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled class if notice is provided before the scheduled training date. If Kingdom Safety Training LLC must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be transferred to the new training date or refunded if we are unable to provide the requested training.
